At Wolfden Studios we make FiveM scripts and resources and sell them through this website. To keep that secure, fair and professional for everyone, please read these Terms of Use carefully. They set out the agreement between you and Wolfden Studios when you use this website or our products.

Acceptance of terms#

By using our website, services or products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, do not use our services or products.

Changes to these terms#

We may change these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the website or our products after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Use of products#

You may use products bought from our store only for lawful purposes and as these terms allow. Each purchase covers one server, run with a license key from the Cfx.re account the product was granted to. You may not share the product or run it on any other server.

Payment#

Payments are processed by Tebex, the seller of record for our store. Tebex takes your payment details and sends your receipt, and its own checkout terms also apply to the payment.

Product delivery#

Products are delivered as soon as your payment completes. Escrowed scripts are granted to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout, and you download them from the Cfx.re Portal under Granted Assets. You can download them again there at any time while your account holds them. Other products are delivered as a download through Tebex.

Updates are free for everyone who bought the product. Each release has a changelog in the product's documentation.

Product revocation and access termination#

We may permanently revoke a product and end your access to it, without notice, if you:

• publish or share the product with any third party without our permission
• resell or commercially exploit the product in any form
• break these terms or any of our other policies

Revocation is final and not negotiable. It protects our intellectual property and keeps the use of our products fair.

Intellectual property#

Wolfden Studios owns all rights to the scripts and other products we sell, except the open-source products described below. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of them without our written permission. The files we leave open for you to configure, such as config.lua, may be edited for use on your own server.

Open-source products#

Some products are free and open source. OX Inventory Redesign, for example, is built on ox_inventory by Overextended and licensed under GPL-3.0. An open-source product is covered by the licence included with its download, and where that licence gives you more rights than these terms, the licence applies.

Restrictions#

Without our written permission, you may not resell, distribute, share, lease or sublicense the products you buy from us. You must not use bots or other automated means to place orders, get around escrow or other protections, or access our products in any way other than the one we provide. Search engines and other crawlers are welcome to read the public pages of this website.

Liability#

We work hard to make our products high quality, but we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper or unlawful use of them. We do not guarantee that our products or services will be free of errors or uninterrupted, but we will do our best to keep them stable and secure.

Refund policy#

All sales are final: products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Every product's documentation is public, including what it needs to run, so please check that a product suits your server before you buy.

Termination#

We may suspend or end your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
