# Introduction

Show every player's character on their Discord profile.

## Welcome to Wolfden Rich Presence

Wolfden Rich Presence shows what your players are doing on their Discord profile. Once a character loads, the large image becomes a live photo of that character's face, with your server logo as the small image. The resource folder is named `wd_richpresence`; keep that name when installing it.

## What players see

- **In character selection:** your logo and messages such as *In character selection* or the current player count.
- **In the city:** the character's photo, their name, job and location, rotating every few seconds.
- **Join Server** and **Discord** buttons that other people can click on the player's profile.

Photos update automatically when a character changes clothes, and each character only ever keeps one image on your host.

## Works with your framework

Qbox, QBCore and ESX are detected automatically. Servers without a framework can use standalone mode. See [Dependencies](#/docs/wd_richpresence/requirements) for details.

## Get started

1. Check [Dependencies](#/docs/wd_richpresence/requirements).
2. Follow [Installation](#/docs/wd_richpresence/installation) to add the resource and database table.
3. Create your [Discord application](#/docs/wd_richpresence/discord-app) and upload your logo.
4. Connect an [image host](#/docs/wd_richpresence/image-hosting) so character photos can be stored.
